are there any centralized data base for the jobs of IT Feilds

Is there any market for PMP (project management professional ) there?

I live in pakistan .. is there a way that i could fine a job online.... ?

No central database for all IT jobs exists. However you can try searching on sites such as Monster: http://www.monster.ca/

Yes - there is a market for PMPs and this is a recognized designation in Canada. However employers are typically looking for more than just the PMP - and want potential employees to have strong and relevant experience as well.

Visit www.jobbank.gc.ca and type the IT title you are searching for, then mention in your cover letter that you are not entiteled to work in Canada, and explain that you are looking for a work permit, if the job poster is "in love" with your resume, and no one in Canada has your qualifications, then you will have the chance..
