I'm applying super visa for my parents.I wanted to know if my financial status is not sufficient will immigration Canada check my parents financial status? If yes then how much money they have to show to get the visa? And i'm inviting my parents so will immigration Canada check my husbands financial status even though he didn't send them the invitation letter?

Hi
If you and your spouse's income don't meet the Low Income Cut Off figure, then there is a good chance that the super visa will be refused. See the instructions and what is required: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/supervisa-how.asp |

Thanks for your reply. My husbands income is sufficient to support my parents financialy but my income is not.I'm inviting my parents and i don't want to involve my husband in the invitation. So is there any chance my application being rejected.

If you want to sponsor your parents alone (without your husband) and your income isn't sufficient - you should expect the application to be refused.

Thanks for your reply. IF my parents show their asset and their bank balance in the country they are living in then can they get the super visa? Or i have to support them financially to get the visa?

You must be able to support them financially to get the visa.

Anyone who can help me ? I'm applying my mom for supervisa,
in the application form do I need to select single entry or multiple entry visa? How much do I need to pay? Also In my invitation I stated that I'm inviting my mom for one year because I'm expecting a baby this May 2012, since valid return ticket is required is it ok to purchase ticket valid for 6 months only , no agency can give me quote with one year validity although they said they can change the date eventually? Do you have any suggestion in what agency my mom can buy cheap return ticket? The lowest that I'm getting so far is $1565 only. Hope anyone can answer my inquiries. Thanks |
