hi friends my application recieved by them on june 2010..recenltly i have been asked for medical which has done on 25 april 2013...how much time they will to give PR visa?

we are in same boat. what is your status now. U get ur medical or not. I'm waiting for medical. How long it will get to receive medical. thanks my application status is as follows We
received your application for permanent residence on May 28, 2010. We
reviewed your application and sent you a letter on September 30, 2010. Please
consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. Your
application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office.
They are pending review. Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 2, 2012.

Hoping are doing well, I would like to update my status bcz I have received an email from London Office on April 20th, 2013 stating me to do medical examination and send some additional documents 16 Alsamraiee 15 MAY 2010 19 OCT 2010 22 JUNE 2011 16 APRIL 2012 Asking for medical examination APRIL 20, 2013 Regards |

thanks blackcat .infact my consultant said this does not happen normally that's why I was worried.
please also guide me as I have sent medicals and going to send the PCC.will they still inquire about my experience or the inquiries are done.

It is very normal, because the validity police clearence certificate is for 6months only. hence you are required to submit another PCC. Regards BLACKCAT

hello members.i am your new fellow along with a lot of questions to be asked by u ppl
kindly tell me that is it normal if we receive second police certificate.i have also submitted my medicals.first police certificate I sent with my application and now after the medicals they are again asking for medicals.is it a normal manner.

What actually is the "RPRF" means and at what stage, the High Commission asks the applicant to pay the RPRF? Please share your expert views. Is it fair to view it a positive step if someone receives a request of paying the RPRF? |

This number represents more than twice the number of projected admissions under the federal skilled worker program in 2011. Also, please note that if the applicant wishes to withdraw the application, the applicant is not eligible for a refund of the processing fees at this stage as processing of the file has begun.
