There is no application to sponsor a fience, call CIC they will you what you need to do
Appl Sent 09 Spt 2011, Received at CPC ......., Tranfered to Nairobi.........., In Process.........., Only God knows when

Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents,
can only sponsor their spouse, common-law partner, conjugal partner or
dependent children without dependent children of their own
