lol....no....WWICS has done ALOT of frauds too......

check to see if their membership is still in good standing with CSIC
(google for CSIC website)

IF you need help, I suggest using a LAW FIRM, not some
bogus desi "consultants"....

Sandy,

While perhaps this might sound like an over-generalization, whenever you are dealing with so-called "consultants" (especially if non-CSIC affiliated) you are taking a risk.

The main advantage of hiring a lawyer is that you can always be assured that if something goes wrong, you can at least rely on the Law Society of Upper Canada (LSUC) to pursue said lawyer.

So it's always a balancing act between what is most important: successful outcome of the case vs. paying as little as possible for the service.

regards,

Is this guy is a member of CSIC or LSUC? If yes, check his membership status on-line and file a complain with CSIC or LSUC, if necessary. If not, please be advised that he has no right to represent your file, provide with immigration services or advice for a fee.

Good luck!
