Thanks rdanny! I'm not celebrating until the immigration officer says: "you have been granted with PR!" LOL I'm afraid that I'll jinx myself LOL But after that, I am planning a big party!!!
I wish you a happy ending soon! Thumbs Up

deppi938, congratulations! Clap

I am still waiting for the interview to be scheduled. Can you please come back to the forum once you have re-entered Canada without the actual PR-Card and tell me how it went? I have similar plans, I'd like to travel abroad once I get PR status, but I do not want to wait for the card to arrive.

Rdanny, don't worry, it'll be soon. Was your application you transferred to a local office?

Im happy still coz I have work permit and my ohip and sin already renewed. Congrats to all PR granted applicants!!!

No, Vegreville still has not received my medicals yet, which I got done on April 23rd. I am waiting eagerly for them to schedule an appointment for me here in Calgary. Ideally I'd like to travel in July.

Thanks so much :) ... I will start looking up the locations and making appointments if need be for June.

I will definitely ask more and I hope I get some great people like you helping me out!

So, if your interview is done - When do they tell you that you are a landed?

I have a question. Tomorrow is my landing interview. I was wondering what is the best way to do the payment for PR card- cash or credit card? And where should you make the payment- is there online or should be directly there?
