stressout...i file my appeal in july...its  been 4 months already...for how long does it take?

last month i call canada boarder agency, should i call them again to find out, when i will get my CAIPs nots?????

Wow 18 months more i lost interest in Canada but what else i can do Disapprove worthless laws breaking families...

Have not gotten any news from my lawyer since I sent my box of documents to him. I know he is extremely busy lawyer and I did not get to meet him face to face yet because his office is almost 3 hours drive from my home and we have been dealing so far just be emails. I will be calling him next week to set up a first appointment to see him, I think will make that appointment date in first weeks of January coz these days are very busy for me at work and I am not able to take a day off for appointment. I don't think I will get appeal date soon, I know the workings of the Immigration Canada. When you are down and little hope left, just remember they expect most of us will wait two years for appeal process to finish, so I am not past one year yet, I expect 18 months more wait to get my husband home..........
