AOR:last week of July 2009
Medicals: last week of Aug , 2009
sent More documents(US state police certificates): first week of Oct, 2009...
Country of origin: Pakistan , currently in Montreal...

our case is a little bit different since the time between file opening and IA is 2 months for me however in your case it seems to be more than a year. this may beacuse of new system or arrangement in CIC.

tara i guess for all quebec applicants everything follow more or less the same timeline except background check which varies with applicants...
