My appeal with the IRB was successful. The immigration council told me I would receive the paperwork in about 6 weeks. Will that come directly to me or will it go to my lawyer? Thank you for your reply.

a week after my appeal was allowed, I received a reason & decision letter & my lawyer as well. Congrats! |

I don't understand your question. The appeal was for my husband. I was at the appeal as the sponsor. At the end of the hearing the minister's counsel stated she believed the relationship was genuine and therefore felt there was no reason to deny my appeal.
