Consultant is sending a letter with documents. Previously they told me not to appeal. But now they are ready to appeal my case. Consultant always use easy way.

Anyway, thank you very much Keshab Ji and Kris Ji for your suggestions.

Kristina,

Wish you good luck .

What consultant need is money . They will show readiness to action if they can charge you. They will be 'salting' or 'insulting' anybody till the time they can 'con' and 'squeeze' one .

शुभकामना !

Consultants don't have to appeal for that. Just ask them to send the necessary docs and a request letter addressing your problem (mentioning why you didn't submitted your docs earlier) as soon as possible. Once your status changed to In-Process, then in my advise, remove your consultant from your case. They just make money and make case further worse.
You can get far better advise and experience from the forum like this.

Regards. Thumbs Up

But in order to do your immigration stuff by yourself, you have to first follow the proper procedure to remove your representative from representing you. Please refer to CIC's link ( website) and get informed adequately before you start doing the rest on your one. The legal typicalities are there to be taken care of first .

Good luck.

Kristina,

Most probably not . Canada despite having their consulates/ embassies/Hi.coms in different countries of Asia , doesn't process immigration cases in each of them but centralizes the work in certain countries as decided by Canadian government and CIC. Canada may however start to arrange interviews of Nepalese applicants in Kathmandu as in the case of Bangladeshi applicants  after Canada formally opens its embassy in Nepal. The applicants of Laos, Indonesia and Banladesh are still processed in Singapore but their interviews are arranged within their own countries if applicants have opted for the same.
