Any older applications getting visa? My friend is waiting since last 3 years.

I am from Kathmandu. I applied on Feb 2009 and waited for nearly 8 months. Now they have not given me point for my Master Degree. I did not have enough time to receive my Provisional Certificate (you know TU takes more than 15 days for this certificate). So, my case status is "Decision Made" i.e. rejection. As your suggestion I am going to request them to re-open my case.

For the post Feb 2008 cases, the wait time is not that long . Therefore, you have time to regroup yourself , do the needful and get going again. if you fall under the Noc 38 jobs, you have this advantage over the earlier ones.But take special care of your stocks and barrels before you start doing this the second time.
