My wife (Korean) and I (Canadian) are a bit confused by the "Additional Family Information."

Does she only need one copy since she's the only one coming to Canada?  Or should we get a copy made by her dad, her mom, and her brother?

Many thanks!

Be sure to check the region specific instructions and follow those.

Generally (again, subject to more particular instructions for the region):

Whether or not a person is accompanying or non-accompanying does not matter; what matters is whether they are included as persons to be examined.

Only included persons (such as dependents, and then . . . not sure I recall this correctly but I think it is only for those 18 or older) need to submit their own "additional family information" forms; this would be both accompanying and non-accompanying dependents. That is, persons identified in the application to sponsor as persons being sponsored, who are also identified in the primary applicant's PR application as "family members" (which is not the same as "additional family information" which is informational, about all siblings, parents, and so on).

For those who would fall under this (sounds like "no" only she needs to submit the form, but again subject to more particular instructions for the region) they would not submit a "copy" since each person's form would be separately completed with their particular information.
Bureaucracy is what bureaucracy does, or When in doubt, follow the instructions. Otherwise, follow the instructions.

BTW: Not an expert, not a Can. lawyer, never worked in immigration
