PR status after Main applicant

Hi, 

 We was going to canada on 10 may 2010 as a PR under FSW program and returned to india on 21 june 2010. My wife was Main applicant because she was a Registered Nurse. Now she is not welling to go to canada. I am planning to go to canada in july 2011 for 2 years to completing my residency requirements. My question is that: 

After 3 years my wife's absence exceeds 1,095 days and her PR is removed. 
after that can i sponsor her as a spouse or not.
