I landed in  august 2009 with my family. I have been travelling to my country to sort out  family issues. This has made to stay more days outside canada.Right now Iam in canada but I need to travel to sort out an outstanding issue that might take me  3-4 months out of canada after which I will come back settle down. How will this affect my PR status

You need to stay in Canada for 2 years in each 5 yr period in order to maintain PR status
