what I meant is the real processing time, not what CIC says.
thanks

1. Can't see any reason why CIC would lie.
2. You can also look at trackitt, but again that is just a selection of applicants, not everyone who has applied. http://www.trackitt.com/canada-immigration-trackers

Hi all,

According to http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/

Students must:

Have completed at least half of their studies in Canada, and have graduated or will soon be graduating from an eligible publicly funded Canadian college or university (students must send proof of graduation with their application).

..among others.

Can anyone give me more details about this requirement? I'm not sure what they mean. E.g if I'm going to attend a 2yr post- secondary diploma program when should I apply? If I'm eligible at all...(?)
Assuming that " Have completed at least half of their studies in Canada " means half of my 2 yr program is 1 year?.

Your inputs are much appreciated.

cheers!
