Strange!
Since June 3rd , majority of the applicants are being informed by COs right after the test

I am surprised that office is not following the rules, they are supposed to give the results immediately after the test... I would've insisted on my test results as per the CIC media release on June 3.

Do you know if there will be some delays because of the floods ? City of Calgary said it might take few weeks to restore full access and power to downtown area (east side of downtown where Calgary office is located). Or will they move to some temporary offices ?

I wouldn't count on CIC moving to a temporary new office. CIC offices (including Calgary and Edmonton) were barely getting by when the conditions were good (i.e. no natural disasters, floods, or acts of God). The CIC leadership is probably busy with other things such as ethnic media perception and planning career moves for potential PM nomination.
That being said, I wish the people of Southern Alberta and all the flood affected cities a quick relief. Hopefully things go back to normal soon.

Good news for Calgary applicants:
Calgary office will reopen on Tuesday after being closed the whole week because of floods. I just got this information from an agent on the phone. |
