I finally have my full hearing date end of January 2012.
I thought there was a link about full hearings but, I can't seem to find it.
Can someone give me a hand with this?
Its been a long time waiting and I just pray to God this will all be over with soon,with a positive outcome.

CHARTER ! That was the word I was looking for exactly this, solo regular flight because you just need a one way ticket i wish you the best with your husband if you want join us at this group on Facebook.  many men and women who share their life with cuban people :)

Oh!! I think I understand now.  I know that I can't buy a charter ticket of any kind, even on air canada.  I believe that I was looking at regular flights but I will make sure to specify that's what I need.  Thank you very much for your help salsaj!

I do not know how you call those flights, for tourists, in french it is " vol nolisé" for hollidays, ask for buying  a regular flight at Air Canada, not on the web site, you must to talk to an agent and explain that you need a regular flight..... with the PVE it is the rule. don't ask me why it is like this. maybe because it is just a one way flight, i think it is a bit because of this.
