Register max delay in AOR from sydney

Sometime there are a long delay to receiving AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt ) from sydney, Nova Scotia.
waiting is very confusing and stressful.
please submit your delay and your result? If you have any news or reason about delays please write it  ?

for me : 4 month.  I sent on 11 sep, 2009 and still no result form sydney.
