Change of Profession in the Work Permit

Hi All,

Guys need your help in this.

One of my friend came to Canada on a Work Permit with a profession Operator ( NOC C catagory)

Now the employer wanted him to change this to Supervisor ( NOC B catagory)

I am not very sure how to proceed with it . Does he need another LMO to change his profession ? Or he just have to apply for change in condition in the work permit ?

Do you mean to say the employer has to apply for a new LMO and with the new LMO my friend will apply for change in condition ?
