Tricks,
I noticed w8lagi's timeline, since they started processing her application it's 4 yrs already. Her case might be the record holder of how slow they process the application .

w8lagi,
Thanks for sharing your timeline to us. Tricks is right your application is almost done.  Having your husband and kids there this christmas  is a possibility, not like ours , still no clear result in sight.

agila, they said that it's a case to case basis and if you read the old thread of kikay, her papers was finalized in 10 months only...any idea about it?

Tricks,
Yes, they process application case to case basis. So let's not loose hope, as they told  my wife they are just finalizing our application.

Hi w8lagi,

Paglilinaw lang. June 4, 2005 nagsimula ang processing mo? Tapos bumaba ang open work permit mo ng Dec 2008? Two and a half years? Ano work mo habang hinihintay mo ang OWP? Maraming salamat.

Hi Trickster,

No application sent yet. I just want to stay on top of the situation para maka pag prepare. Gathering ammo so to speak. Kaya puro basa lang ako. But I saw w8lagi's post and I got intrigued. So I want to learn from her experience. In your case, with a DM on our wife's ecas, you probably have already received your passport request.
