hi Im not sure where to ask this, but Im currently in the military. I want to purchase a vehicle and Tow/trailer it back myself, and use it for track purpose only. does  anyone know where i can get the infomation on where i would start and what needs to be done to complete this process. Any thing will be very much apreciated.
