Hi All,
I submitted my application to CIC-M to sponsor my husband on May 2010, approved and sent to CIC Abu Dhabi, received AOR on July 2010.
Today, I found out that abu dhabi office is the second slowest processing office in the world with the average of 25 months. Thats too much for us to wait.
My dilema now is if there is apossibility that I can transfer the file of my husband to CIC Manila?
Please enlighten me..

No, I'm sorry but you cannot transfer a file while it's in process. You will have to wait.

same case as mine....
my wife want to transfer my application to Manila..sent a letter 2 weeks ago and not reply yet.
