I have certain doubts in my mind

a)How can I arrange for a temporary stay in Canada(Vancouver),how to find a rental accommodation on arrival
b)Which is the best mode to carry the money I wish to bring to Canada
c)Any agency which supports us to get a job here
d)What is the normal cost of living in BC province

If your immigration is done, does that mean you've landed or you're coming to "visit" and land?
You can bring traveller's cheques, you can wire transfer, etc as far as bringing money
Define temporary - if you're staying for 2-3 days a hotel, if you're staying a few months, rent an apartment
No agency will support you while you get a job, how did you apply? Skilled worker, family class, etc?
If skilled worker - you're supposed to have a minimum amount of money with you to support yourself.
Cost of living in Vancouver varies wildly depending on what part of town you're heading for and what your needs are
