Study Visa for CPCU designation

Dear All,

I am an insurance professional, and want to obtain CPCU(Charted property and casualty underwriter) designation. For that i am thinking to apply student Visa for canada. But before that i want know about the scope of CPCU in Canda and as well as in  India. And is thier any college or university is available which runs this course academically. Hope expertise enlight me in this.
