 Hello everyone, Please I need your Advice,I'm a PR working out side Canada, on contract ,how can I maintain my PR status,I came back few weeks a ago, because I'm on vacation ,still going back soon .vlidate is 2014,I havn't live here for 6 month.we the PR be taking a way from me.Thanks

jane,

as a PR you need to be in Canada for 2 years every 5 (rolling) years. There are only 3 exceptions where time spent outside Canada is counted as in Canada. See:

If you do not meet residency obligations, you will lose your PR status.
Choice is yours.
