It's just a waste of space. Why not create just one umbrella topic and then post all the links there?

This is all stuff right on the CIC site for all to read. It's meaningless here and out of context.

It's valuable when someone asks, otherwise it's just a topic with unsolicited information.

All this did was push a number of other topics which actually requested help down further into the forum and away from the eyes of those who could help.

Wow I was waiting for someone to comment on all the wasted posts.  I thought I was the only one who felt it was pointless.  Guess not.  In the last 3 years on this and the previous board I have not seen so many redundant posts.
