When will Manila request the right of permanent residence fee?(Haven't paid it yet)

You can pay this at anytime.
Best to pay it in advance as it will save up to 2 months of processing.
The time it will take them to send you a letter requesting the payment.
The time it wil take you to make the payment.
The time it will take CIC to inform the Embassy that the payment has been made.
Wasting a lot of time.....
Pay it now.
get the receipts.
Send a cop y of the receipt to CIC in Mississauga and to the Manila Embassy.
