WAIT for refusal or WITHDRAW my sponsorship applic

Dear All

I applied for sponsorship application for my dependent child who was born outside Canada. CPC declared ineligibility as I was not in Canada through immigration process. Now I am planning to be back in Canada in September and reapply for getting my eligibility positive. 

CHC Islamabad is to take a decision in August / September. I need advice whether I should wait for a decision which will be refusal to my sponsorship application or shall I withdraw it? 

I am not aware of any consequences, please advise me shall I wait for decision (refusal) or shall I withdraw my application.
Will there be any consequences to my PR?

Please help ...
