Inland application of PR

Hi all

When a person enter Calgary with her visa exempt and send the application right away.....do you know how long does it take for the first approval from the PR? Because she needs the health care card right away due to her case..........thanks in advance........

	According to CIC's website, it's taking 7-8 mths. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/canada/process-in.asp
	Application sent May 13, 2010 Started processing July 22, 2010. Decision made March 7, 2011 Landed April 13th 2011 The whole process took exactly 11 months!
