HI ! Anyone can answer my query.
I am going to file papers to sponsor my parents and a brother alongwith as a dependant, and i know whole process takes 4-5 years on average.
My question is like my brother is at the moment 21 years and studying in college, but next year he would be working, means no more student in college . So does he need to study/remain as a student even after i submit papers when he is 21 or like what?
As i am confused by he needs to keep studying till the end of process or what?

If you file before he turns 22, he's dependent because of his age and is "locked in" as a dependent unless he marries or has a child of his own
