BC PNP application progress

Hi members,

I have submitted my application for almost 5 months. 2 immigration officers came to visit my work place in the beginning of last month. Nothing heard back from immigration office since then. My company sent a letter to immigration office for asking the status of my application about 2 weeks ago. And they replied back as my case is still in process and will let me know if they have questions. My situation is that my work permit will be expired in the mid of April. Please advise what should I do next step and what result will be based on your experience.
