	Hey guys i wonder what is the BC here for? and does every applicants get to do it even though they sent PC? Sorry but i just try to understand if i should worry about BC too and how it all works ... will an applicant whose living in Canada before 18 have to undergo BC if he applies as an adult? plz help!
