Eduaction Certifcate for me and my wife

Dear all
kindly i am already applied for the immigration through your office but actually i have one problem  that i can give my own education certificate from WES but my wife can not as here education institute insisted in not to contact with WES or stamp the sealed envelop as per as WES requirements,for me as a main applicant is it sufficient to apply with my own certificate or my wife certificate is required also
