Dear Kunal,
Please note that your NOC 2132 is in the occupation in demand list for the Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee Program. However, please note that it is currently closed and we do not know when it will reopen. Here is a list of the PNP programs: Ontario: only accepting candidates in the French speaking stream (the other programs are currently closed) Manitoba: you need to have a close connection to the province BC: you need a job offer Alberta: you need a job offer Saskatchewan: your NOC needs to be in the occupation in demand list which it is. Nova Scotia: your NOC needs to be in the occupation in demand list which it's Prince Edward Island: you need to fill an Expression of Interest form, but you have to be in Express Entry first. However, your chances would increase if you have strong ties to PEI, have worked or studied there in the past, own residential property or a business in PEI, have a job offer in PEI in a high-skilled position or are currently living and working in PEI. Newfoundland: you need a job offer New Brunswick: you need to be in the Express Entry pool and they are temporarily only accepting Expression of Interest from individuals with a connection to the province (working in New Brunswick) or candidates who speak French as their first language which is backed by their TEF certificate Yukon: you need a job offer Northwest Territories: Only a business stream is open Some PNP programs do require that you profile be in Express Entry, but not all of them.
