If no criminal charges were filed this should not stop you from coming back to Canada on a work permit.

Ok so I need to check here. I was living in Canadian for a number of years on work visa. After a terrible accident at work a colleague was killed on the job and it messed with my head pretty good and I left Canada, due to that and work drying up due to the accident. I have been offered work there again and I'm keen to take it. However when I left I had credit card debt I totally forgot about and I need to know if this will stop me coming back, I can pay it once I start work again there easily. But would they allow me to re enter? Thanks for your replies in advance
