Decision made without a Medical Request, usually is a refusal.

Hi All,

My status has been changed to 'Decision Made' this week and yesterday I received a letter of refusal by post stating that my duties does not match with the requirements of the occupation code. Cry

I don't really understand the reason because these were the same duties based on which my application was recommended for further processing when I filed the initial application and now they have stated my duties does not match with the those defined in occupation category. There was no change in the list of duties mentioned in my initial forms and experience letters but still they accepted the application at first and now after two years they have refused it although I read the list of duties very carefully before filing the initial application.

Anyways, life doesn't ends here. But there is a ray of hope for others waiting for response as it seems like Canadian embassy in UK is processing the backlog now.

Following are my details
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Initial Application: January 2010,
Documents sent(Islamabad): March 2010
Documents transferred to UK: January 2011
Status changed to 'In process' : July 2011
NOC: 0213 (Computer & Information Systems Manager)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I wish best of luck to all fellow members

Thanks Imran.

I don't think there is an appeal system for Federal Skilled Worker class specially Fast Track. All I can do is to re-apply under new laws and even if I get eligible in 2012 changes, I don't want to waste my time anymore. Have already wasted two years in waiting...

Thanks again for the wishes,

Take care

You must write to Home office about the incident.
They took the decision against the points deducted against the adabtability therefore i was sure about the points. Keeping in view I have written to UK Embassy of Canada...and they have re-considered my case. And file has re-opened.

It is to be adviced that must write them and show your concern but should be written in requesting mode.

Allah will do best for you.

Subject: Letter of re-concideration.

All the best.

Regards
Naveed
