Hello !

I am a born Canadian citizen living in Mexico.
My wife is Mexican.
Our daughters are Canadian.

As a returning Canadian without a job in Canada at this time, can I sponsor my wife and if so I imagine I would fill out form IMM-5481, but what about form IMM-1283 ?

	To sponsor a spouse you do not have to fill out the form as there is no finacial need for a spouse as long as you are not on welfare you can sponsor with no problems.
