hey guys,

I am looking to sponsor my parents to become PR in Canada. When I look at MNI chart I realize in 2013 my income is $700 less than the required amount.. but my incomes for tax year 2014 and 2015 are beyond the MNI by $15K+. should I go ahead? would IRCC officer only look at single figure or overall situation?

Await your advice!
Frank

1. You should wait. If you don't meet the Mini in any one of the 3 years, your application will be refused.
