That is Canada Day - looks like they are asking if you want to schedule your upcoming oath that day. You may be already approved for citizenship but have to wait for July 1, which is not that far off anymore. Sweet.

Hi,

I signed the same document after my test interview like the other 40 people who took the test with me.

The agent told me that they will randomly choose applicants to attend the July 1st Oath ceremony.

It doesn't mean you will get your Oath on July 1st. I believe they are asking you if you are interested in doing it.

Good luck.

Happytaz,

Did you sign the document the date of your test? Or did mail it to you after? If they mailed it after, how long after your test did you recieve it?
