Hi,
Would you please give me your advise what I'm gonna do..in my visa and work permit. well, here's my problem, I came here in Canada last September 07,2007. then my work permit is 3 years, but I wasted 1 year due to the termination of papers and find another employer and also the processing its takes to long. so this coming October 2010 my 24 months will be completed, so that month I will start to process my papers but my Visa will expire on November 11,2010 then my work permit will expire on December 7,2010.. Do I need to renew my visa before I apply my open permit? If I need to renew where and how? Do I need to apply an Extension of Stay here in Canada before I process my open permit? Is there any problem about my situation ? I really appreciate if you could help me..  Thank you,may |
