STUDY PERMIT EXTENSION (URGENT)

I am a international student in Canada. My visa is expiring on 30th March 2016. But i got my letter of acceptance for September semester. So i am concerned that will it make any issues for extension file. Because i have already extended my visa 2 times before. i really need help on this topic.
