Permanent Residence for express enrty

Hi, My name is James. I am from Mumbai, India. I need some help with express entry. I will to moving to Canada for a new job under the skilled worker category. I read it on a blog here that we can apply for permanent residence under express entry http://www.matthewjeffery.com/blog/permanent-residence/applying-permanent-residence-skilled-worker-category/. How long does this take? On what basis are the applications ranked? I want to know if I will be able to qualify for express entry. Can someone help?

2. Before you apply you would require the result of your IELTs or TEF and an evaluation of your education. YOu require at least 67 points to qualify to submit an application under EE. You would would also need about 450 points to be invited to submit an application for permanent residence.
