I am currently in the process of applying for a work permit using LMO.
Can someone advise me? I need to detail my last 10 years of work experience and the form only has space for about 3 positions. I have many I need to detail..over 8 positions at least due to the nature of my work. Can I write these on an additional sheet such as a plain piece of paper, set out like a CV/resume or do i need to fill in the same official form over and over again? Thanks!

Yes, write extra information on additional pieces of paper.

On just regular plain paper? Thanks for replying. Don't want the application returned if I have done it incorrectly!
