I landed on Canada on July 2007..Now i got a job in canada and am planning to move to canada...I had been to Canada 2 or 4 times and overall i stayed for 10 days sofar. I am moving by April 28th, 2010.. which will have almost 800 + 10 = 810 days in Canada.
In this case, will i have any problem in the port of entry when i land in Canada this April 28th, 2010. I have more than 800 days, so i can easily stay there for 730 days and maintain my PR status. Will i have any problems? Please advice. Nureya

Also i have an arrest record and plead guilty for tresspassing to land (arrested for theft) in US. The case is over and i have all documents. Will this create any problem for my PR extension (or) Citizenship. I consulted Attoreny lesley morey and he said, i should be fine...
Anyone have any idea...whether this arrest record will create any problem or no? Nureya
