apply for study permit with in Canada

Hi , Every body 
Can some  one advice me regarding the following ,1.  I am having  multiple entry permit to Canada valid until 2019 October ,also  having USA multiple entry permit valid until 2020 June .
I am going to enroll  the  Canadian 1 year  full time diploma course   ,

 1. whether Can I apply study permit  with in Canada or  do I have to go back  my native country  to apply for the new study permit Or can i change my visitor visa to study visa , 

Please be advice me for the above ,

	Yes, you can apply for study permit from within Canada.
