medical exam for my permanent residents but worrie

Hello all I'm new here and had a question I'm studying in canada for past 8 year and i just got approved for my permanent residents in Quebec. I have to go do a medical exam.. but Im worried because I smoke pot, and I been finding mixed reviews so I  post this to find out if any one of full knowledge or went thru the process.

1. Well since they don't test for THC or any other illicit drugs, you should be fine.
