What do you mean you collected your binder from them, they don't need it anymore? What did they say?

Yes, thank you!

"Citizenship application in Oct 2010, Test on 5th December 2011, RQ on December 19th 2011"

It was pretty good timeline for Montreal office until you've got RQ. I suppose, "normally" you would've gotten test invitation in Dec 2011.

Hello ALL,

I'm in Vancouver, applied Citizenship Application on Aug 2011 and Received RQ June 2012, my question is:

I have requested Travel History from Border Services and haven't received report yet, my deadline 45 days to return RQ is coming next Monday.  Called CIC office for last 2 days and it was always busy tone and got hang up.  PLS HELP What should I do?   Should I submit RQ first or wait till travel history back then submit together.
Thank you!!

Hi
Kindly submit your docs without CBSA report, just right note with RQ that you are waiting on CBSA ,
once you receive your report submit it to the same mailing address.

Sorry for this post. I posted two questions before 2 days. No response. So, before it gets lost under several pages, I am posting these questions again.

(A)
Dear canada332.
@ canda332,
Hi!

Can you please explain following:

1: What is "Program Unit One year of application"?

2: What does it measn by "RQed on second anniversary"?

3: What does it meas by "referred to Program Unit One year of application"?

What is your time line? Do you have any idea, why you have RQed?

Thanks!

(B) Dear ALL,

Dear All,

Some questions:

1: What is Old RQ and what is New RQ?

2: What is the difference between Old and New RQ? like, dates, content, documents, requirement

     etc...

Our fellow forum member (ankurshah), in a good faith, has advised me, not to withdraw my citizenship application, at this stage point of time. ankushah also advised to wait till I get CJ interview and application is denied by CJ. Then, I should re-apply.

It's really Confused in my case, now.   Please guide and help. What should I do? CJ interview can anywehre between 6 months to 3 years.

I have copy-pasted the weblink of ankurhah's thread.

thread by "unique case - ankurshah"

Sent my RQ package early this month. CIC received it two weeks ago - a few days prior to 45 days cut-off - as per courier delivery record. However, as per call center agent the note was entered in GCMS that my RQ response was received only a day or two ago. She said it does not mean it has been reviewed, but I prefer to think that these are Citizenship Officials who are entering stuff in GCMS, and not mailroom people.
Anyway, this potentially pegs their "file-check" ("do we have mail from our lovely client?") at approximately 55 days from RQ issuance.

Did you submit RBSA Report with your RQ?
You did not mention in your reply.
Please answer. Thanks
