I have followed your case for a very lengthy time on this post.

You are one persistent son of a gun, I hope I can hang in there like you did.  You and your partner must really be in love.  I wish you all the best.

I am hoping we dont end up in the same situation. We sent what I thought was an airtight case and my partner is scheduled for an interview in Manila.

We are over 3 years together with every piece of evidence possible.  The only issue I can think of is that our application is Common Law and she is legally married in the Phillipines.

I would really appreciate it if you could give me the contact number of the lawyer you used for the annulment.

Did you partners husband contest the annulment in anyway or try to drag it out?  Because I know my partners would do anything to prevent it.
