Hello Shine,

Firstly congratulation that the CIC told you to pay RPRF. it's a good sign to start with and the issue of your finger prints not comming out clearly on the digital screen, you need to communivcate this to the officer handling your file through fax. On the letter that was given to you should have there fax numnber on it or possibly contact the call center and they will help you to notify the officer in charger.

Any other update on this forum on H & C ?

Hi Guys, 

Just an urgent query, I received a letter from CIC to submit RPRF and Fingerprints and I have 30 days to send them(5 days have passed) I went to a CIC recommended agency but he told me my finger lines were not traced in digital method so he did manually and according to him manual prints take 5 to 6 months to reach there, Now I am so worried how to tackle it; from where to get it done. just 25 days are left and it is clearly mentioned in the letter , it should be digital.

I highly appreciate any prompt help.

Recent update called the call centre file was opened feb 14 background check in process... Don't know how long more anyone with an idea??

AIP H&C : nov 2011
Clearance : 07/2012
New medicals : 29/01/14
Decision Made:25/03/14
Landed : 27 March,2014
