@babyg file has to be assigned to some officer in Vancouver to get stage 1 approval. It was transferred to Niagara as part of workload share.

bushra1122 why I ask you is, I'm from june 2018 and whenever I checked is only APPLICATION receive but when I call cic they said it's in PROCESS and it will complete January 2021 so I ask if its a sign to a officer she said no, so I really don't understand at all.

Have you tried ordering GCMS notes babyg? All info I have is from the notes or dad's CBSA officer.

Guys now that they are shutting down everything in Ontario , applying for EI or any other form of emergency help in terms of money , will that lead to refusal ?

Are we not supposed to apply for any money ever ?

Did anyone pay for bio-metrics fee while applying for open work permit after AIP? 

What is actually the procedure for payment? Did they send you a letter with details on what to do or you just paid for it online and they forwarded a letter to you?

Any body can respond as soon as possible.

Hi HandC2000.

Once you apply for the work permit now they request bio-metrics, you need to take the letter once you pay it online and go to canada service and do finger print they will ask for passport copy or the refugee paper one of them. it will be mentioned on the letter.

Hi Guys. I'v been checking the processing time for the H&C and it has been change from 31 months to 30 months so let's hope for good new's ASAP for everyone.

our application is reaching 39 months now hahaha
